Websites readability and usage

That topic (distractions) comes into my eyes first and then...

Usually, I try to remember when was the last time writing to a company about some of user experience problems on their websites.

Here is one example of a "Software Development" company's homepage:

The marked text in red square is unreadable because of the light colors behind

Of course, I write down a message with screenshot about the issue to the company. 

Months later - No change.
