Architecture with purpose

1. Trying to understand the construction market for residential buildings.
2. Affordable housing programs.
3. The practicality of the whole process of urban planning.

Dear architects, investors, construction companies:

Create purposeful buildings, not one's that are fit just on to the requirements!

Do not forget the people-oriented idea of creating smart buildings, homes, houses in urban areas.

To be more clear my opinion is based on:

• Newly developed buildings that look good, but do not function well.
• High-level villages, towns, cities only for a specific wealth enough group of residents.
• Urban plans cover specific needs, but it never happens.
• Buildings that force the segregation.
• Statements like "for the people" are said by the city governor's chief architects.
