Architecture with purpose
- Trying to understand the construction market for residential buildings.
- Affordable housing programs.
- The practicality of the whole process of urban planning.
Create purposeful buildings, not one's that are fit just on to the requirements!
Do not forget the people-oriented idea of creating smart buildings, homes, houses in urban areas.
To be more clear my opinion is based on:
- Newly developed buildings that look good, but do not function well.
- High-level villages, towns, cities only for a specific wealth enough group of residents.
- Urban plans cover specific needs, but it never happens.
- Buildings that force the segregation.
- Statements like "for the people" are said by the city governor's chief architects.
